Beach

I must get to the beach
I must touch my feet to the sand
I must go to the ocean
And dive in
And swim for hours
Jumping over
Diving through
Each curling wave
I must be with you beach
We have this long standing relationship
For your tide welcomes me
Brings me to unchartered waters
And safely returns me to the shore.
